Hidden in our grandmothers' kitchens and woven into centuries of temple traditions lay a treasure trove of flavors waiting to be celebrated.
We opened Odraa as a tribute to our roots-a cultural sanctuary where Odia cuisine can shine in all its authentic splendour. Every dish carries a story. These are flavors that have filled our own homes and been discovered during our travels across Odisha's diverse landscapes.
From coastal delicacies to influences from western and southern Odisha, we've gathered the essence of our State's culinary soul. While keeping authentic flavors intact, we've reimagined how these dishes are presented and paired-not as fusion, but as evolution. Every plate is a conversation between heritage and innovation. We believe authentic doesn't mean unchanged.
